The Senior Contracts Administrator serves as a key advisor and lead partner in managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts within a technical consulting environment. This role provides expert guidance on FAR/DFARS compliance, evaluates complex solicitation and agreement requirements, and leads the development, review, and negotiation of contractual documents such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Subcontracts.
