Director-New Ventures & Service Business Incubation

The Alpine Brand Business Unit of Alps Alpine North America is expanding beyond its traditional product-focused business and building a new portfolio of service-led, recurring-revenue, and digitally enabled businesses. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-oriented Director of New Ventures & Service Business Incubation to lead the creation, validation, and commercialization of new service business opportunities. This leader will own the full venture-building lifecycle: creating and sourcing business ideas, evaluating their potential, defining testable business hypotheses, conducting customer and partner validation, launching pilot businesses, measuring results, and making clear recommendations to scale, pivot, or stop each initiative.
