Congregate Residential Dorm Supervisor-Bonus Eligible

This position is bonus eligible! The Residential Dorm Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the Milieu Director to foster and support a strength-based and collaborative culture with both staff and students. The Residential Dorm Supervisor oversees the day-to-day functioning of their assigned dormitory of 8-11 youth and supports supervision for Residential Counselors in conjunction with the Milieu Director.
