Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Immigration Specialist to join our team on a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract . The Specialist is responsible for overseeing U. K . immigration cases and coordinating global immigration processes across multiple locations . . This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on management of immigration cases in the United Kingdom and globally , while ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide. The Specialist ensures timely , accurate , and compliant handling of immigration processes by leveraging in-house expertise and coordinating with regional providers. The position emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, while delivering a high -quality service experience to employees and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end U.K. immigration processes in close coordination with external immigration service provider, including case initiation, document collection, filing, and full case oversight through to approval
  • Stay updated on changes in U.K. immigration law, policies, and procedures, and ensure external partners align with updated requirements
  • Coordinate immigration processes across multiple global locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with local regulations and company standards <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541&quo
