Coordinator of Sacramental Preparation (EX)

The Sacrament Preparation Coordinator assists the Director of Faith Formation in preparing youth at St. Mary’s Parish and Schools for First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Confirmation. This role also includes welcoming children seeking full initiation into the Catholic Church through OCIA (adapted for children) and preparing children ages 4–6 for Baptism. The position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Faith Formation, maintains communication on all related activities, and collaborates on decisions regarding catechesis and ministry.
