About the role
Key Role and Responsibilities: Collaborating with sales team and independently to meet existing and potential customers for technical support on excipients. Assist in conducting technical presentations and seminars for customers and training sessions for sales team members. Coordinate with principals suppliers for organizing customer events and assist in preparation for review meeting and reports. Provide guidance to customers on possible product applications and to provide hands on technical solutions at shop floor level. Regular and critical follow ups on customers for a brief outcome on projects. Participate actively in execution of topical strategy to customers across Vietnam. Work closely with technical team for customer projects and translate information to customers by conducting lab trials in customer facility. Enhance technical support with existing customers and technically support new customer base by collaborating with the sales team. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints. Coordinate the provision of appropriate product samples to the customer in a timely fashion in close cooperation with sales managers, principals, and relevant departments. Submit reports timely regarding technical activities and customer visits. Conduct critical analysis on SalesForce platform and identify Key Business Opportunities to prioritize and align technical activities. Ensure effective creation and conversion of opportunities. Provide market intelligence from a technical perspective and insights on potential business opportunities. Scout and assist BU Head for collaborating with new suppliers in Korea. Qualifications Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required. Post graduate degree in Pharmacy preferred. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical laboratory or industrial pharmacy environment with an emphasis on solid dosage formulation and coating for both immediate and modified release applications. An understanding of the pharmaceutical development and registration process is preferred. Knowledge of major pharmaceutical processes and formulation and manufacturing of finished dosage forms. Previous experience giving technical presentations at an academic or industry forum required. Background as a Pharmacist or similar background preferred. Must have a high degree of fluency in English. Must also be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
