The Role The Account Manager is a one-year contract position based in Santiago, Chile (offering a flexible or hybrid work schedule) dedicated to driving growth and building lasting relationships. In this high-impact role, you will leverage your expertise to manage and grow key enterprise accounts, helping clients unlock the full potential of Seequent's innovative subsurface software solutions. You will be at the forefront of transforming how geo-professionals work, contributing to sustainable development and environmental protection while ensuring customers recognize Seequent as an innovative leader in the industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage and grow a focused set of enterprise accounts by identifying opportunities to add value, drive revenue growth, and consistently exceed key performance indicator (KPI) targets. Target technical, operational, and business-level contacts to champion user growth, retention, solution-selling, and up/cross-selling. Provide and coordinate technical, domain, and commercial knowledge to deliver quick response times, effective problem-solving, and tailored solution crafting. Contribute to the company’s growth by developing our brand and expanding our regional presence, ensuring customers feel continuously well-supported. Leverage the capabilities of the wider regional teams, including Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, Customer Solutions, and Regional Operations. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and closing large, complex enterprise deals. 5 years of experience navigating the SaaS landscape within a dedicated Sales environment. Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to craft and execute effective account plans through consultative selling. Strong relationship-building skills tailored to engaging C-suite executives and key decision-makers, supported by outstanding communication and presentation abilities. A proven track record of sales success with excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Assets: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, alongside relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional). A strong professional network, established industry connections, and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors. A driven, self-motivated, and adaptable mindset capable of responding to market changes and evolving customer needs. High resilience and strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive attitude, even when navigating challenging situations or setbacks.
