Hospice Clinical Director

CNHHS is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dynamic Hospice Clinical Director to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality hospice care services. The Hospice Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and supervision of hospice clinical operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards while promoting exceptional patient and family experiences. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and support to interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and other clinical staff.
