What Success Looks Like (Qualifications) Proven Foundation: At least 2 years of high-performance sales experience coupled with a minimum of 2 years in robust customer service environments. Multi-Family Experience: At least 1 year of direct experience working at a comparable multi-family community is preferred. Technical Lead Fluency: Active comfort handling digital CRM activity, email leads, internet listing service (ILS) pipelines, and platforms like OneSite, Knock, and LRO. Elite Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills to gracefully connect with residents, visitors, and vendors. Administrative Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail to process complete leasing applications, verify income records, and compile daily traffic reports. Productive Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple prospective leads at once, and smash team deadlines consistently. Administrative Speed: Capable of executing high-accuracy digital typing at a baseline speed of at least 35 words per minute. Foundational Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required (National Apartment Leasing Professional / NALP designation is highly preferred). Independent Perseverance: Strong internal work ethic with the capability to see tasks through to completion with or without constant supervisor oversight. Compliance Ready: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, clean I-9 profile, and full alignment with Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act laws. What the Job Looks Like (What You'll Do) Close Active Leads: Welcome prospective residents, analyze their specific housing preferences, and deliver impactful, professional community tours. Manage Leasing Lifecycle: Review applications for accuracy, collect matching application fees/deposits, verify identification, and handle move-in files. Process Move-In Payments: Secure all certified initial rental and administrative payments securely before releasing keys to new community members. Engage Modern Pipelines: Respond immediately to prospective inbound calls, email traffic, text channels, and Knock activity with enthusiastic follow-up. Audit Property Aesthetics: Conduct daily morning walks of model units, amenity centers, and "market-ready" vacant floorplans to ensure pristine showing status. Champion Customer Retention: Serve as a reliable, helpful point of contact for current residents, handling inbound inquiries and routing service requests. Conduct Market Research: Stay actively informed on surrounding neighborhood market conditions, competitor pricing shifts, and community marketing ideas. Maintain Perfect Files: Organize, assemble, and update digital and physical resident account records to ensure total corporate compliance. Support Office Operations: Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Manager with daily data updates, office supply inventories, and localized outreach initiatives. Elevate Curb Appeal: Actively survey the asset layout during standard walks, picking up loose litter and noting physical repair items to maintenance.
