Cooks are responsible for daily operational procedures and are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations Sets up and breaks down assigned station in time for service Plates dishes according to Chef’s specifications Assists in control of inventory and supplies Promotes a safe and respectful work environment Complete tasks assigned by Chef in a timely efficient manner Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or manager Assist other stations when needed Bring all tools and equipment and maintain in proper working order Stay focused and hold self-accountable
