Real Estate Specialist

This individual will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex real estate issues and providing expert guidance and hands-on support in the area of real estate to support the client’s mission. The real estate specialist will conduct a wide range of real estate planning actions such as public records research, business case/alternatives analysis, stakeholder analysis, and budget/schedule development, and real estate clearance actions such as site permitting, leasing, licensing, and support of fee and easement acquisitions, in support of the client’s technology construction/installation/deployment activities and related sustainment activities nationwide.
