We are seeking a Transportation Associate to join our community committed to delivering outstanding customer service through the transportation process. As a Transportation Associate, you will play a n important role in serving our residents transportation needs that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do:

• Answers phone in a warm and friendly manner when a guest calls to retrieve a car. Collects all the necessary information from the guest or nursing staff to ensure an accurate and safe transportation process.
• Provides transportation for residents and members to doctor’s appointments and outings in Buckner owned and operated vehicles.
• Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars.
• Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves
• customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with Buckner Senior Living.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.

What you ’ll bring :

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Requires a current Texas Driver License and the ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions.
• Prefer active and clear CDL.
• Prior related experience working with and driving senior adults in
