Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Job Summary: The Staff Accountant is responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills to best support the accounting team. In this role, you will be performing a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, posting invoices, making deposits, going on cash runs, responding to vendor requests, and assisting with chargebacks. Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with cash management for assigned F&B Outlets Posts daily sales, cash deposits, and bank transfers Prepares daily cash deposits and handles petty cash Providing change for staff Accounts Payable Functions: Post invoices and reconcile vendor statements Prepares allocations for multi-location invoices Selects checks for weekly check run Works with third-party accounts payable company to reconcile vendor accounts Responds to any immediate vendor requests General Duties: Assists with general accounting inquiries Assists with ad-hoc project Perform other duties as assigned
