PRP - Therapeutic Support Specialist - VMBH Fallsway

The PRP - Therapeutic Support Specialist works to implement the rehabilitation activities outlined in the individual's IRP to address skill building and enhancing peer and family relationships, emotional management, social, self-care, independent living skills, and activities that support the individual's or youth's cultural interests. These include but are not limited to; enhance community functioning in identified clients (adults, youth) by focusing on activities of independent living related to resilience, recovery, and rehabilitation. Efforts and interventions are integrated with those of the primary therapist and other relevant health care providers.
