Financial Analyst – Business Partnering Support

Assist and support the FBP Manager on financial planning, analysis and business partnering activities Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance, including consolidation of business unit inputs and preparation of management reports Prepare financial schedules, KPI tracking reports, budget movement analysis and other reporting materials for management review Analyze actual results against budget, forecast and prior periods, and highlight key variances with clear preliminary explanations Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities with internal stakeholders to validate financial data and assumptions Maintain financial data in group reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and proper supporting documentation Drive process improvement, reporting automation, finance transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects Liaise with business units, regional teams and overseas offices to collect information, clarify financial issues and follow up on reporting matters Undertake ad-hoc analysis, strategic projects and other finance-related assignments as required
