Cafeteria Unit Manager

VVS Canteen is seeking a motivated, customer focused Food Service Manager to oversee functions of the employee cafeteria at the ­­­Pilgrim's Pride Plant Plant in Waco, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive food service experience, a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead 14-18 employees. Job Duties: Oversee 14-18 employees on a daily basis including: hiring, training, discipline, and terminations. Follow weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers. Follow all Food Safety Protocol. Complete operation functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling. Compete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility.
