Summary of Performance Expectations The Radiology Nurse Navigator will function as the clinical expert and professional resource for the multi-disciplinary team, patients, and caregivers within the specialty area of radiology surgery. The Radiology Nurse Navigator will work within the hospital in Heart and Vascular, leading the management and care delivery for radiology patients with an emphasis on prevention, screening, and surveillance of radiology disease alongside Interventional Radiologist and Advanced Practice Providers.
