The Pioneer Woman Mercantile is a destination bakery, deli, hotel, pizza restaurant, ice cream and candy shop, and general stores in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. If you are proficient in the basic techniques of the bakeshop, this is the path you would follow. Higher-level techniques, such as lamination, will be the mainstay of this position. The Baker will produce recipes to spec and teach junior bakers how to do the same. This is a true production job, fabricating products at volume levels to keep the bakery cases full, beautiful, and irresistible for our visitors.
