Teacher - 5th Grade

Description St. Mary Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, enthusiastic fifth-grade teacher to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a permanent, full-time position. We are looking for a caring and capable educator who can create a structured, nurturing classroom while forming students both spiritually and academically. Position Highlights: Teach a 5th-grade homeroom class of approximately 20 students All subjects taught Collaborate with a dedicated faculty and supportive leadership team Plan and deliver instruction aligned with school curriculum and standards Integrate Catholic values and teachings across all subjects Foster a classroom environment built on faith, joy, and respect Participate actively in the life of the school community, including Mass and prayer This is a full-time, salaried position in a truly special school community, with the opportunity to make a long-term impact on students’ lives. Requirements Ideal Candidate: Holds a Professional Educator’s License or a Bachelor’s degree, with a willingness to pursue licensure Has experience teaching or working with middle school students Is a practicing Catholic with knowledge of the Catholic faith Has strong classroom management and a heart for Catholic education
