SAP HCM (HR) Senior Consultant

- Incident, Service, Problem and Change management (Tickets, service requests, high priority tickets root cause analysis and preventive measures, small enhancements, projects, legal requirements, SAP support packages, system upgrades). - Support coordination related to non SAP but HR related applications, such as Employee and Manager Self Service application, our Talent Management Suite, which includes the global processes for Recruiting, Performance, Learning and Compensation. - Act as project manager for SAP HR projects
