Production Manager

The Production Manager will join the operations leadership team and oversee all plant production. They will lead production supervisors, process engineers, manufacturing administration, production leads, coordinators, and assemblers in a fast-paced, build-to-order environment. The role requires collaboration with support departments to achieve safety, quality, production, and cost objectives. The Production Manager will drive results aligned with business goals, including improved material yield, defect reduction, capacity utilization, productivity, delivery performance, cost management, work-in-process control, and continuous improvement.
