Join our dynamic team as a Resourcing Coordinator Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting and onboarding top talent while shaping how we connect with future employees. In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you’ll be at the heart of the recruitment lifecycle, leading a team of Resourcing Coordinators, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring journey from application to offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, gaining real exposure to strategic workforce planning while developing your expertise in line management and talent acquisition. You’ll have hands on involvement in the completion of daily tasks within our SLAs, whilst overseeing the teams performance and ensuring alignment with recruitment and business goals. What you’ll gain: • Leadership skills within a high performing environment • Hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle • Opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation • Exposure to a wide range of roles and business areas • The satisfaction of making a real impact on people’s careers • A supportive environment that encourages growth and development Minimum Criteria • Experience in facilitating our recruitment processes for hourly-paid roles, either in the capacity of a Hiring Manager or supporting Manager. • Experience in successfully onboarding new hires into the business, ensuring compliance with Right To Work and other legal requirements. • Must have administrative experience or have worked in an administrative role requiring daily use of various Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Power Point & Teams. • Experience in building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, evidencing strong communication & influencing skills to drive performance. • Demonstrated capability of working towards multiple SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
