Landscape Maintenance

Landscape Maintenance Primary Function To ensure and maintain the greenery, landscaping and grounds of the property in alignment with the mission and core values of the company. Essential Responsibilities All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, OSHA standards and other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Mow, trim, prune, rake and week lawns and gardens/planter areas. Clear all debris. Report any malfunctions or observations of needed equipment repairs to Facilities Manager immediately. Install/maintain features such as ponds, lighting, irrigation and drainage systems, fences, planters, etc. in accordance with quality and safety as set forth by the Company and commonly practiced industry standards. Water plants and lawns, apply fertilizers and pesticides, overseed. Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the CSM, Facilities Manager or General Manager. Attend annual BSA/AML training, as scheduled. Report to CSM or Security any individuals in the casino who appear to be underage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat to the Company's operations.
