****Average hourly is $23.49 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** Legal Assistant TFI Family Services, LLC is a private nonprofit organization providing quality care and support services to children in foster care and foster/adoptive families. As a partner with state agencies, TFI recruits, trains, and supports foster and adoptive families across multiple states. Position Summary: The Legal Assistant supports agency staff and legal counsel by monitoring court proceedings, ensuring timely and accurate court filings, and promoting effective communication between the agency and the court system. This role helps ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
