MARITIME LEGAL COUNSEL

Purpose of Position: The Legal Counsel Trading & Shipping and Commercial provides legal advice (opinions, contracts analysis and business modalities under a.o. UK and NY law) to the Trading & Shipping and commercial teams in respect to commercial and maritime transactions and manages compliance risks. Provides support to the Trade Controls team. The position is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, which is a hub for Braskem’s operation in Europe & Asia.
