The Storehouse Bar & Grill at the Frobisher Inn is looking for a friendly, service-driven Part-Time Server to join our bar and lounge team in Iqaluit, NU. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests while providing welcoming, attentive service • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Recommend food and beverage pairings and provide details on menu items, specials, and promotions • Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards • Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, including refills and special requests • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and lounge areas • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations • Address and resolve guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner Qualifications: • Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, punctual, and a team player • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: • Competitive hourly wage plus gratuities • Flexible part-time hours • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to grow within an established hospitality team
