Job Purpose DTOS Ltd is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join the International Operations Department. Key Responsibilities • Assist with company incorporations across various UAE free zones • Client onboarding, including KYC documentation verification • Manage the day-to-day administration of UAE clients • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance for all existing clients • Ensure timely license renewals, UAE residence visa renewals, VAT filings, and corporate tax filings • Coordinate with the compliance department for annual file review • Prepare and submit UAE residence visa applications • Liaise with accounting team for financial statements, VAT, and corporate tax submission and with auditors. • File financial statements with the relevant authorities • Apply for Tax Residency Certificates, VAT registration, and Corporate Tax registration • Re-domiciliation of companies between UAE free zones • Handle bank account closure and company liquidation • Draft directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions • Process changes in directors, shareholders, secretaries, or bank signatories • Bank account opening, Process bank transfers and issue invoices • Prepare agendas and board packs, attend board meetings via Teams, and draft minutes of meeting Job Requirements • Degree Holder, ACCA Level 3 or ICSA Part 3 • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the administration of client companies • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision • Proactive and solutions-oriented • Strong oral and written communication skills We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all team members.
