Byrum Heating & AC Byrum is hiring a Residential HVAC Install Assistant to support residential and light commercial installation projects in the Marshville, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn the trade, and takes pride in quality work If you’re looking to build a long-term career in HVAC and want hands-on training with experienced installers, this is a great opportunity to get started What You’ll Do Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installation Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Follow safety procedures and company installation standards Represent Byrum Heating & AC with professionalism and a positive attitude What We’re Looking For Interest in learning the HVAC trade (prior experience a plus, not required) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-first mindset Ability to follow instructions and work well with others What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities On-the-job training and mentorship Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Clear growth path to Installer, Lead Installer, and beyond Why Byrum Heating & AC?
