Senior Manager - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Human Resources to play a pivotal role in revamping talent acquisition process and partnering closely with business leaders to align people practices with organizational strategy, market best practices and evolving business needs. Responsibilities Liaise with department/business unit heads to understand the business needs and translate them into effective talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies Drive HR recruitment process enhancement and continuous improvement, ensuring HR policies, frameworks and practices are aligned with market best practices and support business efficiency and scalability Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employment offers, work visa applications, onboarding, and early-stage employee experience Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance issues, with sound judgement and professionalism Partner closely with the Compensation Benefits team on payroll validation, employment movement processing and offboarding procedures Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including HR digitalization, policy review and change management programmes Provide HR insights and analytical reports on headcount, budgeting, attrition, workforce trends, and organizational effectiveness to support management decision‑making Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong labour legislation, internal governance standards, and corporate requirements
