Field Service Technician Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician with WCTractor, you will utilize your top-tier customer service and technical skills to exceed customer expectations and maximize customer retention. This position focuses on hay customers, with an emphasis on repairing hay equipment (round balers, square balers, etc.). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide service and customer support during field visits Manage all on-site diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Advise customers on equipment Operate a service vehicle safely, including loading, transporting, and unloading tools and parts
