Veteran Service Assistant - Prescott

This frontline role is essential to providing daily support and ensuring a safe, respectful, and structured living environment for the veterans we serve. Key Responsibilities Veteran-Centered Service: Deliver daily essential services such as meals, hygiene supplies, and shelter with dignity and care. Customer Service Excellence: Support veterans with their needs, concerns, and transitions—including move-ins and move-outs—while maintaining a client-first approach. Conflict Resolution & De-escalation: Respond to and help prevent verbal and physical altercations; document incidents and report to site leadership promptly. Safety & Emergency Procedures: Implement and uphold all safety protocols, including bed checks, emergency response actions, and room inspections to ensure a clean and hazard-free facility. Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and residential staff to maintain a therapeutic and supportive environment. Facility Upkeep: Assist with facility cleanliness, maintenance, inventory supply needs, and preparation for inspections. Routine Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of services, safety checks, and client interactions.
