Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Our client, located in Earth City, is looking for 20 Customer Service Representatives to join their busy team! This is a long-term, full-time, temporary assignment that can last from 3 to 18 months for the right candidates. The pay is $10.00-$11.00 per hour depending upon schedule. Employees must be available for a consistent 8 hour shift Monday through Friday between 7: 00 am - 8: 15 pm. Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY. Daily duties include: Taking incoming calls from clients Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions Additional support duties as assigned The position requires: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Proficiency with MS Office Per the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, and provide employment history for the past 7 years Proficient typing (40 WPM+) and data entry skills High school diploma or GED A stable work history Excellent communication and listening skills Please apply online for immediate consideration.
