Operations Utility Lead

Packer Fastener is looking for an Operations Leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and oversee the day to day workflow in our warehouse from the time product arrives to when it is shipped, ensuring a smooth functioning warehouse and warehouse processes. This role is in operations and is not a senior-level leadership position. Primary duties include: Receiving Inventory Put Away Order Picking Customer deliveries (using a company vehicle, including driving a flatbed) Shipping Qualified candidates must be able to pass a DOT Physical/obtain a Fed Med Card to drive the flatbed. Primary Duties: Manages daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations including Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing, and Shipping.
