StorageMart is also the parent company of a bold and sassy brand, Manhattan Mini Storage. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our bustling HR team! This is an amazing entry level HR experience for someone who is dependable, personable, and ready for growth. $21.00/hr with insurance options! We are looking for someone who: • Can manage a variety of daily tasks • Is looking to grow and learn • Thrives and looks to contribute to a collaborative environment • Can take direction when needed • Can take initiative when needed • Is ambitious and ready to work Responsibilities may include: • Partner with Associates to strategically staff our locations in North America/CDN/UK • Screen candidates via phone interview • Assist with onboarding new hires • Schedule interviews and meetings for the department • Communicate with our Regional Managers and Home Office staff • Other duties as assigned, including office administration tasks Skills needed: • Administrative, clerical, and computer skills • Attention to detail • Organization skills If you are confident, professional, and ready to break into the world of HR this is the position for you!
