Who You Are: Tribble Electric is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to support the daily operations of our Residential New Construction Department . This role is responsible for performing high-quality electrical installations in new home builds, leading small crews, and ensuring all work meets code requirements, safety standards, and project timelines. The Residential Electrician plays a key role in maintaining the workmanship, professionalism, and reliability that builders and homeowners expect from Tribble Electric. What You’ll Do: Perform electrical installations in residential new construction projects in accordance with NEC and company standards Lead small crews and support the development of apprentices on the job Maintain productivity and ensure projects remain on schedule Communicate professionally with builders, inspectors, team members, and supervisors Troubleshoot electrical issues, document work completed, and ensure all required materials are identified and secured Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Assist in ensuring overall project quality and customer satisfaction
