BUILD SHOP ASSISTANT

We're hiring hands-on team members to join our build shop at Club Champion. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn a specialized trade, work with premium equipment from the industry's top brands, and grow into advanced roles like Master Builder . Golf experience is a plus, but no experience required--we'll train you. What You'll Do Sand and finish club components (precision detail work) Adjust/Bend clubs using specialized tools to meet exact specs (loft & lie) Clean, polish, and prepare clubs for shipment Assist with warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving) What We're Looking For Experience working with your hands (tools, assembly, building) Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Warehouse, mechanical, or production experience is a plus--but not required Why This Role Stands Out Clear growth and development path to advanced roles like Master Builder Indoor, climate controlled , clean, organized environment working with premium equipment Team-oriented build shop environment, supportive supervision Full Time position, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, overtime opportunities Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision insurance, 15 days PTO annually
