Take orders and assist guests with selecting menu items by highlighting specials and demonstrating appropriate up selling techniques. Thoroughly answer all menu questions and seek guidance from a manager for any unusual questions. Refers communication, guest feedback, and any potential or real guest dissatisfactions to the Manager. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests. Completes all opening and closing restaurant duties. Services guest needs as required. Resets clean china, glassware, and silverware during guest service. Handle money and follow approved cashiering procedures.
