Project Lead

Responsibilities: Track and control issues. Lead requirement analysis activities such as interviews, sessions and documentations. Lead testing and responsible for QA. Support designing system architecture. Create and review project deliverables. Pursue business leads and opportunities. Monitor project schedule and progress. Required: 7+ years of business application development. 3+ years of project lead role or supporting project managers. Good understanding of requirement analysis, system design, testing design. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written. Excellent documentation skills in business proposals and project deliverables. Preferred: Project management in global delivery (offshore) model. Project management for Japanese financial companies. Work experiences at IT service vendors. Business knowledge - Japanese banking and/or security business process knowledge. Age up to early 30s.
