Maintenance Supervisor

Larsen Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and execute mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance activities in a high-paced manufacturing environment. This is a working manager role responsible for maintaining facility operations, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring uptime of all plant systems. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, rewire, and repair motors, lighting systems, and basic 110V/220V electrical components. Perform routine mechanical maintenance, including belt replacements on motors and drive systems. Replace and manage HVAC filters (including 56 rooftop units), chillers, and air compressor filters. Maintain inventory and organization of tools, parts, and the facility tool cage. Support emergency repairs and maintenance needs during the week and on-call for night shifts (Monday–Friday). Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and maintain detailed maintenance records. Lead by example through hands-on execution of maintenance tasks while coordinating team support when needed.
