What You'll Do: Operate, monitor, and adjust multiple production machines Thread and restart equipment during material changeovers and breaks Perform quality inspections and measurements using calipers and testing equipment Complete production, quality, and scrap documentation Package, label, and prepare finished product for shipment Maintain material flow by replacing spools and managing inventory Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make process adjustments as needed Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety-focused Communicate effectively with team members during shift handoffs Support production goals and assist in other areas as needed
