About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE We are an early-stage enterprise AI automation company headquartered in Munich, Germany. Our platform creates AI coworkers that observe, learn, and take over complex but repeatable workflows — freeing teams in professional services, insurance, financial services, and customer support from hours of manual busywork. As a Member of Technical Staff, Product, you will turn observed workflow data into production-grade AI agents that work autonomously on behalf of customers. You'll own the full lifecycle — from talking directly with customers to understand their operations, through building and deploying agents, to monitoring and iterating in production. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the core of what we ship. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Convert workflow observations into AI agents that perform work autonomously and reliably. - Partner closely with customers to understand their operations and surface high-value automation opportunities. - Ship automations that replace hours of repetitive manual effort and measurably improve team efficiency. - Own production AI agents end-to-end: design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve them. - Run rapid experiments with new models, prompting techniques, and use cases; benchmark results and ship what works. - Design thoughtful AI × Human interfaces that make automation practical and trustworthy for real users. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-haves: - 5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development, with a track record of building and delivering production-grade AI agents. - Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based systems in production — not just prototypes. - Strong Python programming skills; comfortable owning a full production Python codebase. - Experience owning AI agents end-to-end: build, deploy, monitor, and improve. - Demonstrated ability to turn observed real-world workflows into deployable AI automations. Nice-to-haves: - Experience designing AI interfaces for effective human-AI collaboration. - Familiarity with model experimentation, benchmarking, and systematic selection of approaches. - Experience with observability and monitoring for AI systems (metrics, dashboards, alerting). - Comfort operating in early-stage, fast-moving startup environments with high autonomy. - Customer-facing experience gathering requirements and iterating on solutions based on real feedback. LOCATION This role is on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be willing to work from our Munich office. Visa sponsorship is not available — candidates must already have the right to work in Germany. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation details are not specified for this role. You will be joining a small, high-ownership team at an early stage, with the opportunity to shape both the product and the engineering culture from the ground up.
