What You'll Do As a Screen Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in preparing, maintaining, and reclaiming screen-printing screens used throughout our manufacturing process. You'll help ensure screens meet quality standards, production schedules stay on track, and equipment remains properly maintained. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality results. Key Responsibilities Stretch and tension screen mesh to required specifications. Prepare screens and apply stencils for production. Develop screens using screen-making equipment and established procedures. Clean, reclaim, inspect, and maintain screens after use. Organize workflow and complete screen preparation activities to support production schedules. Monitor and maintain inventory of screen-making supplies. Perform equipment calibration and support ISO quality requirements. Identify, document, and report quality concerns or nonconforming materials. Work safely while following established procedures and quality standards. What You Need to Be Successful Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
