MST CAN Expert

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a MST CAN Expert based in the United States. This is a remote, mission-driven opportunity supporting the implementation of Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN) across programs in the U.S. and internationally. You will provide expert consultation, training, and implementation support to clinical teams serving vulnerable children and families. The role combines clinical expertise, evidence-based practice, professional education, and quality improvement. You’ll work closely with therapists, supervisors, administrators, and system stakeholders to strengthen treatment fidelity and outcomes. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to advanced trainings, workshops, peer groups, and professional learning initiatives. With significant autonomy and 35–50% travel, this role is well suited to an experienced clinician who enjoys teaching, collaboration, and making a measurable community impact.
