Affiliate Manager - Poker

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Affiliate Manager - Poker based in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to drive affiliate growth within the online poker industry across a key regional market. You will own the development of a poker affiliate portfolio, from identifying and closing new partnerships to maximising the commercial performance of existing relationships. The role combines business development, partner management, commercial negotiation, and data-driven performance optimisation. You will work with affiliates and poker communities to attract players whose volume, quality, and longevity generate sustainable value. A strong understanding of poker player economics, rakeback structures, and acquisition models will be central to your success. You will have significant autonomy to shape deals, build a regional pipeline, and make informed decisions about scaling or renegotiating partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded affiliate professional who understands both poker and the dynamics of long-term player acquisition.
