RELIEF PIT SUPERVISOR

The Relief Pit Supervisor will oversee all activities of the table games department to ensure the efficient operation. They will also act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage. Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service. Assist in tracking play and game observation. Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures for all games played on property. Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. Always present oneself as a credit to the Legends Bay Casino and encourages others to do the same. Resolve customer complaints / disputes where possible or refer such matters to a supervisor/manager. Ensure the team adheres to the gaming procedures, as set out in the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual. Oversees the Table Games area. Provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members.
