Ihre Aufgaben Define and maintain the product roadmap for current and future data management platforms. Prioritize customer, business, technical, and regulatory requirements. Plan the controlled transition from existing solutions to the next-generation platform. Define requirements for storage, archiving, migration, interoperability, cybersecurity, and deployment. Support on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based product concepts. Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis. Coordinate priorities with R&D, Service, Regulatory, Quality, IT,MedTech Stakeholdersand Commercial teams. Represent the product area with internal and external stakeholders. Align interoperability requirements, dependencies, and project timelines across the product portfolio. Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and internationally Ihre Qualifikationen Degree in science, engineering, technology, business, or a comparable field. At least three years of relevant product management or healthcare technology experience. Experience with PACS, VNA, medical imaging, healthcare data platforms, or enterprise software. Strong understanding of DICOM, interoperability, data management, cybersecurity, and cloud concepts. Experience managing established products while developing next-generation solutions. Ability to translate customer and technical needs into clear product requirements and priorities. Strong project management, analytical, and process-improvement skills. Excellent English communication skills German language skills are beneficial. Ihr Profil Strong cross-functional and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to solve complex problems and make structured decisions. Comfortable managing changing priorities and competing demands. Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented working style. Strong interest in medical devices, digital health, and clinical workflows.
