Just Associates, Inc Job Description Identity Manager Reports To: Director, Identity Integrity Services Position Type: Full-time exempt (40 hour/week minimum) Job Summary The Identity Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Identity Manager in oversight of identity integrity projects. Success is measured by the completion of projects on time, at or under budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction. Job Functions In conjunction with the project leadership team, develops the procedures and processes to be used during the project’s execution. Performs project planning activities which can include project procedure testing procedure development and data sampling. Assists in the creation of projects in IDM. Assists with the training of staff on project tasks. Assists with development and administration of the quality monitoring program used during project execution. Supervises leadership staff delegating appropriate tasks and utilizes JA’s Disciplinary Action process as needed. Coordinates and monitors the distribution and completion of work assignments to ensure staff members have adequate work to prevent lags in production. Reviews and finalizes the weekly production and quality monitoring summary reports. Assists with completion of end of project evaluations for JA project team members. Communicates frequently with project leadership. Supports and maintains thorough and effective communication among team members: JA leadership team, JA staff, the client team, and when appropriate, Argo, and other vendor staff, ensuring all assigned JA team members as well as the client receive the appropriate information timely. This includes the timely and accurate creation of change orders, as appropriate. Interacts appropriately with all levels of client personnel, demonstrating JA’s professional approach to client relationships. Completes other business tasks for JA as assigned. Required Skills and Knowledge Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Project management knowledge Knowledge of healthcare system software Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel Experience Remote merge planning, QA and project supervisory experience is required. Physical Requirements Works in a home office setting and at client sites. Must be able to travel routinely. Needs to tolerate lengthy working hours.
