Assistant: Facilities

Essential Functions: - Performs handyman work including but not limited to carpentry, painting, drywall and plaster repair, miscellaneous electrical work, minor plumbing repairs, door and window repair and the repairs to furniture and finishes - Keeps building facilities, fixtures and furnishings in satisfactory condition - Provides office relocations and office set ups for new and lateral hires -
