Treatment Assistant - Full-Time AAMC

Position Objective:

This position i s respons i ble for genera l supervision of residents and the i r act i vities , mil i eu management and facil i tation of group meetings . This position works closely with the TA Lead position and reports to the Pathways Inpatient/Residential Clinical Manager. Our treatment philosoph y is based on evidence -based practices and mult i ple path w a y s to recove ry ; all staff collaborate to prov i de a treatment env i ronment of learning , growth , and i ndiv i dua l ized c l inica l interventions to promote patient success and recovery.
