Quality Assurance Lead (PAN-E)

As a Quality Assurance Lead , you will assist in the development and implementation of technology-based election solutions. You will be testing embedded software applications, and assisting in the design of these applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. Within the engineering team, you’ll also learn, teach, pair, explore new technologies, implement best practices and help continuously improve the team in a fast-paced environment. Lead and support the team to meet the planned activities and promote teamwork. Provide technical team leadership, direction, and mentoring to the quality assurance engineers. Define and analyze the scope of test plans and test cases to be elaborated. Monitor and Control the Test Plan Execution and Reporting. Coordinate the required support during deployment. Consolidating and validating lessons learned registered by the QA team. Improve and enforce quality assurance practices and processes.
